seniors
Looking for a day where the photos are fun (not dreaded), weird ideas are always a yes, and your photos never look like anyone else’s? You’re in the right place. I love finding the spark in ordinary moments and places and showing you the love and magic that radiates from you without you even realizing it.
your senior year is monumental.
And this chapter of your life is going to be over before you know it. All the friday night lights, the practices, the coaches and teachers you love (and hate), the nights at Whattaburger with friends – will be over really soon. How do you want to remember this time? As a high school senior photographer, my mission is to create a meaningful, fun & memorable experience for your senior portraits. We work together to make sure your session is authentic & fun while keeping to an editorial approach so that your photos feel less cookie cutter and more teen vogue.

Wether you never wear makeup, just a little, or you love makeup - I encourage you to stick true to who you are. With that being said - if you're going to wear any makeup at all (even a no-makeup makeup look) I would totally suggest having it done by the professionals. I have my go-to favorites that I can send you to, local to Friendswood and in the city.

This is totally up to you! The sky is the limit - unless you want to do your shoot in a hot air balloon, then count me in for that too! We will make sure to select locations that fit your overall vision for the session, and I know lots of cool secret little places around town that we can utilize. If your family has a special second home or upcoming trip that you'd like to do your session at, I'm passport ready and SO down! Travel fees are dependent on where/when/how, etc. and can be added to your session fee.

Jorden, our in-house stylist is happy to help with this, however if I could give you one piece of advice it is this: Make sure that whatever wardrobe looks you bring along feel like YOU. You can spice it up or dress it up, but you want to make sure that you feel confident and comfortable in what you've got on. And don't discount that old oversized band t-shirt you always throw on, or your go to pair of denim - in fact, I encourage you to bring them!
-
Of course - bring your dog, your bestie, or your significant other, and of course mom and/or dad. If you'd like, we can even get a couple cute shots of you together! Just make sure that whoever you bring is someone you feel suuuuuper comfortable around and can 100% be yourself, that way you aren't feeling awkward posing and being silly in front of my camera :)

We will keep an eye on the forecast a few days out from your session date, and if it looks like it's going to be a doozy, then we'll select a backup date and go from there. I always keep a few days on my calendar reserved for the unexpected for this reason, so don't fret! If we are out of town, we'll have a backup date (or two) already built in to our plans.
